Classes

Adult Ballet

- These ballet classes are designed for adult students of all levels of training, from former dancers/professionals to adults who are looking to start their formal dance training for the first time. Emphasis in class will be on correct body alignment/placement, strength and flexibility, and providing formal training in the foundations of classical ballet.

Aerial Yoga

- Aerial Yoga uses a low hanging, wide aerial sling hung like a hammock to aid traditional yoga postures by supporting your body weight. When part of your body is supported in the aerial sling, you are able to alleviate the pressure in the joint and relax into a more passive stretch. In this class, you will get to use the slings to go upside down in safe and supported inversions.

All Levels Aerial Yoga

- Designed for those new to aerial yoga (teen ages 13 and up & beginners), this class is intended to introduce new students to basic inversions and aerial yoga postures & techniques, while engaging experienced aerial yoga students.

All Levels Yoga

-  All Levels Mat Yoga is designed for those new to yoga (teen ages 13 and up & beginners). This class is intended to introduce new students to basic yoga postures & techniques, while engaging experienced yoga students. This class provides a wide range of modifications and emphasizes integrating mind, body, energy, and breath. All levels of practice are welcome.

Ballet/Jazz II

- For children 5 1/2 - 9 years. Classical ballet technique, including barre work, grace and flexibility exercises.  Jazz technique, proper body alignment. Fun upbeat music!

Belly Dance Fitness Class 

- Belly dance is a traditional dance from Middle East or Arabian countries and has a long history. This is a dancing art that shows its femininity, in terms of sweet, gentle, beautiful but also strong makes it unique. Most of belly dance style will separate in small muscles and work out to control on each muscle separately (hips, shoulders, belly, and etc.) Some parts of belly dance style are similar to jazz and ballet, but belly dance is more concentrated with smaller muscles. Belly dance is an exercise that focused on partial movement, but the whole body is working out, so you will get firmer and stronger upper arms, hips, shoulders, upper legs and etc. In other words, you will get a shaped body.
All ages welcome and no experience is required.

Bollywood Dance Fitness Class

- This fusion dance class brings you the best of the expressive beauty and contagious energy of Bollywood's most stylized dances and mashes them up with the influences of hip hop, Latin, jazz, funk and street styles. What remains the same is the passion and exhilaration of the Bollywood, Bhangra and Indian Folk and classical dance styles you know and love.

Candlelight Yoga

- A relaxing Mat Vinyasa class. A wonderful way to relieve the stress of the day, end a long day or week, or start off a new week!!  A candle lit ambient class of yoga, gently concentrating on flexibility, deep stretching, core strength and a gentle relaxing of the mind.

Core Strength Vinyasa Yoga

- Core Strength Vinyasa Yoga is a dynamic practice, which focuses on specific poses & sequences designed to help students access, understand and strengthen their core. Core Strength Vinyasa Yoga classes emphasis core engagement & conditioning, which improves posture, alignment and stability, as well as connecting the mind and body.

Creative Movement/Ballet

- For children ages 2-3 years. Basic ballet technique. Emphasis on creative movement utilizing story telling, fun props and imaginative music!

Gentle Yoga Flow

- A gentle, slower vinyasa yoga class with an emphasis on mindfulness and meditation, featuring more seated and supported postures. This class is intuitively sequenced and creatively delivered to emphasize fluidity & steady breath, improving relaxation, flexibility and recovery. To finish, class winds down with a guided meditation focusing on mindfulness, following the breath or imagery and extended savasana. Especially well-suited for those with pain, trouble sleeping, anxiety or high levels of stress.

Integrated Yoga Flow

- Integral Yoga Flow classes synchronize breath with movement through postures as a flow. A yoga practice that ensures that each part of the body is involved in creating a pose. It includes integrating breath as we practice and using our mind to stay focused.

Intermediate Aerial Yoga

- Intermediate Aerial Yoga uses a low hanging, wide aerial silks hung like a hammock to aid traditional yoga postures by supporting your body weight. When part of your body is supported in the aerial silk, you are able to alleviate the pressure in the joint and relax into a more passive stretch. In this class, you will get to use the silks to go upside down in safe and supported inversions. This class is for experienced aerial yoga students and moves at a faster pace. Students are required to have attended at least five All Levels Aerial Yoga classes and attain instructor approval.

Kids Mat Yoga

- A calming class for children ages 5 & up.  Helps reduce stress, adds flexibility and helps children feel calm.

Mat Pilates

- Mat Pilates is a strengthening and lengthening form of exercise that focuses on your core muscles while also training your arms and legs. A practice focused on improving co-ordination, strength, balance, and posture through targeted series of full body exercises. Mat Pilates is based on the original exercises created by Joseph Pilates.

Mat Vinyasa Yoga

-  All-level flow class with a focus on breath and movement. This class offers accessible alignment cues to engage any student. In addition to asana (posture), classes include opportunities for pranayama (breathwork) and meditation. All bodies are welcome.

Mindful Flow Yoga

- During mindful flow we create space to slow down and connect inward. This rejuvenating breathe centered practice links movement with pranayama in a way that will balance and recalibrate the body, and center the mind. Mindful flow is for all levels; and for those who want to expand their awareness on a mental, emotional, physical, and spiritual level..

Restorative Aerial Yoga

- Restorative Aerial Yoga is a slow and gentle practice that emphasizes relaxation with gentle stretching and movement using the hammock.

Slow Flow Mat Yoga

- Great class for beginners or any level. A breath based, mindful movement practice. Moves a little slower through a series of fluid postures and holds poses a little longer for a great.

Yin Mat Yoga

- Yin Yoga is in contrast to Yang Yoga, the more active practices, and has less asanas, held for longer. The yin areas of the body generally targeted in practice are between the knees and navel, the lower body. Yin Yoga is more meditative and restorative than yang yoga, focusing on cultivating mindfulness, stimulating the flow of energy in the body and relaxing the spirit.

Yin/Vinyasa Mat Yoga

- A powerful pairing, the Yin - Vinyasa mat class is a marriage of the strong, yang Vinyasa Yoga with the receptive Yin Yoga. Active, yet grounding sun salutations and standing flows are offered in the first half of class to enliven the body and chase away any fatigue. The yin style of long held passive poses open the body to more flexibility and energy flow and the dynamic yang of vinyasa flow helps strengthens and invigorate the body and mind.

Yoga for Beginners

- Yoga for Beginners is intended as an introduction to the practice of yoga. This class is slower paced than other classes with some simple breathing exercises, and focuses on developing clear and safe alignment in foundational poses. This is a great setting to refine postures, learn beginner poses & relaxation techniques and become comfortable with yoga. All bodies and level of practitioners are welcome.

Yoga Sculpt

- Yoga Sculpt is a unique combination of Power yoga and strength training designed to create a full body workout. Combines traditional yoga poses and principles with strength training and hand weights.

Zumba Dance Fitness

- This class fuses hypnotic Latin rhythms and easy-to-follow moves to create a high energy, total body, dance based workout. Zumba is a great mix of Latin flavor and international beats designed to tone your body from head to toe.
